Kyrgyzstan Issues Silver Coin for the World Nomad Games
The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has issued a new silver collector coin, “Taigan Jarysh.”

It was put into circulation on August 25 and is dedicated to the 6th World Nomad Games, which will take place in Kyrgyzstan this year.
The coin features taigans – a traditional Kyrgyz breed of sighthound – racing against a backdrop of mountains. Taigan races are part of the World Nomad Games programme.
The 10-som coin is made of silver and weighs 28.28 grams. It comes in a presentation case with a certificate of authenticity and is priced at 8,900 soms.
